Extrapolating the stoner genre, the emphasis of Mocho Diablo’s sound relies on the riffs, loud and heavy, no matter if
driven by the guitar or the bass. The band is overflowing into a visceral rock filled with fuzz, theremin experiments and lo-fi effects.
In the end what it hangs in the air is a garage rock vibe brought together by a melodic line drenched in punk crudity.

I picked this one up in advance of a holiday trip. In these times I always need some softer music for my companion which rocks only a little. But SPIRAL GURU's cool 70s influenced psychedelic rock even rocks a bit more. Usually this is not my genre, stuf like Spiritual Beggars or the like, but SPIRAL GURU is definitely charming, maybe because of the female vocals. Further the songs are not too psychedelic, they have a solid catchiness. Check "Signs" or "Oracle".
